This advanced, minimally invasive endoscopic procedure offers a safe and effective alternative to surgical bypass, especially in high-risk elderly patients. The achievement highlights the importance of precision, clinical expertise and coordinated multidisciplinary teamwork in ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
