Unveiling the 2nd edition of the ever-popular book 'An Insider's Guide to Cases in Clinical Medicine' — written to bridge the gap between clinical medicine and real-world care, co-edited by Dr. Nikhil Kenny Thomas (Consultant gastroenterologist, KMC Hospital).

An 80-year-old female patient with life-threatening obstructive jaundice (total bilirubin 30 mg/dl) underwent ERCP with bilateral hepatic stenting under the care of Dr. Nikhil Kenny Thomas, Consultant Gastroenterologist at Dr. KM Cherian Institute of Medical Sciences.
