Department of Oncology at Dr. KM Cherian Institute of Medical Sciences, Chengannur, in collaboration with the Mannar Lions Club, organized the district-level inauguration of the ‘Childhood Cancer’ programme and the awareness class at Sree Bhuvaneswari Higher Secondary School, Mannar.
The awareness class was led by Dr. Sarah J. Easaw (Medical Director and Consultant Oncologist, Oncology Centre, KMC Hospital)
MJF LN Vinny Philip (District Governor, Lions Club), MJF LN Martin Francis (Lions Club), and LN M. G. Venugopal (District Coordinator, Childhood Cancer Programme) were present at the event.
