The Comprehensive Newborn Care for Paediatricians event was held at Dr. KM Cherian Institute of Medical Sciences on 28th July 2024.
This event was organized by IAP Kerala, with invaluable support from NNF and IAP Pathanamthitta. The conference saw a packed session with delegates from various regions, making it a highly successful and engaging event.
The conference was inaugurated by Dr. Geevarghese K. Mathew, Medical Superintendent & Consultant Cardiothoracic & Vascular Surgeon, KMC Hospital.
There was pretest followed by sessions by Dr. Jacob Abraham, Dr. Nelby George Mathew, Dr. Murali Raj, Dr. Nihaz Naha, Dr. Rony Joseph, Dr Shamnad Madathil, Dr. Sumitha Arun, Dr. Lins Paul, Dr. Deena Thomas, Dr. Minu Thomas, Dr. Binukuttan & Dr. Arun Thomas.
The event concluded with a tea and valedictory session where delegates had the chance to reflect on the day’s learnings and network with peers and faculty.
The event was a resounding success, thanks to the combined efforts of the organizing bodies and the leadership of Dr. Deena, Dr. Nihaz, and Dr. Rony.
A special mention for all the support from State NNF leaders, Dr. Murali Raj and Dr. Nelby. The dedication of the faculty and the enthusiasm of the delegates made the event a memorable and enriching experience for all involved.
