Dr. KM Cherian Institute of Medical Sciences, Chengannur, in association with the Alleppey District Body Building Association, organized the ALLEPPEY TRAINER’S CONCLAVE 2026 – MEDIFIT Certification on 25 July 2026.

The event featured the session “Injury-Free Training: Preventive Mechanics & Corrective Exercise”, led by Dr. Varghese Thomas (Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon, Dr. KMC Hospital, Chengannur)

Another session, “First Aid: Immediate Care & Trauma Response for Trainers”, was delivered by Dr. Arunraj S. L (Consultant in Emergency Medicine, Dr. KMC Hospital, Chengannur)

More than 60 members of the Body Building Association, along with fitness trainers from across the district attended the sessions.
